Comic Con Portugal 2022 will have in its eighth edition two cosplay contests. One of them will be the contest: Heroes of Cosplay Makers.

The contest will take place on Sunday - December 11, 2022 (time to be announced), at Comic Con Portugal, Parque das Nações - Lisbon. This contest is aimed at all Cosplayers who love to create their own costumes. Cosplays made by the cosplayer themselves can go to the contest, as only the construction of the fact, materials and techniques used will be evaluated. Cosplay Makers Heroes”. Applications will be open from August 15th to November 13th, 2022. The Cosplay Makers Heroes Contest will be divided into the following categories:- Magic

International Cosplay Masters / Best in Show Award – 1st Place;‍

- Best Armor Award;
- Best Sewing Award;
- Characterization Award;

The categories and prizes awarded may be changed until the date of the event. The changes will be announced on our social networks,Comic Con Portugal.
- Group Award;

Characetrization Award:
‍
- This category rewards the best make-up/body paint;- Solo or group participations will be eligible, with this Award being awarded only to one participant, regardless of whether he competes in Solo or in Group, provided that the contestant himself performed their characterization;
- This award is open to participants of all ages. Participants under 18 years of age must send, together with their registration, a declaration completed and signed by their parent, which is at the end of the regulation;-
All contest participants will be eligible for this prize, if they have been them to make their characterization.

The Contest will take place on December 10, 2022 (time to be announced), at Comic Con Portugal, Parque das Nações - Lisbon. This contest is aimed at all Cosplayers who love to embody their favorite characters on stage. Cosplays purchased or prepared by third parties can be entered in the contest, as only the participant's performance on stage will be evaluated. of Cosplay Performers”. Applications will be open from August 15th to November 13th, 2022.The Cosplay Makers Heroes Contest will be divided into the following categories: (2 people).The following prizes will be awarded:
● 1st Prize (can be Solo or Group);
● 2nd Prize (can be Solo or Group);

‍Awards

The 1st place winner(s) will receive a 4-night trip and stay (3-star hotel) for two to Comic Con San Diego 2023, which is offered by Wook.

The remaining prizes will be announced as soon as possible on Comic Con Portugal's social networks.
