The Data Protection Law (hereinafter “LPDP”) and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, hereinafter “GDPR”) ensure the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

In legal terms, “personal data” is considered to be any information of any nature and regardless of its medium, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, so the protection does not cover the data of legal entities.

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user provides informed, express, free, and unequivocal consent for the personal data provided through the websites https://www.conventionsintheyard.com and https://www.comic-con-portugal.com to be included in a file under the responsibility of CITY Lda, the processing of which, in accordance with LPDP and GDPR, complies with appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

CITY Lda maintains a customer database.
