Yes. Children up to and including 5 years old have free entry. Children aged 6 to 12 (inclusive) pay admission (check the price in “TICKETS”). No. You will only receive a refund if the event is cancelled for reasons attributable to the promoter.

No matter what time you arrive, there is no guarantee that seats will be available. We recommend arriving 45 minutes early.
The schedule is published on our website closer to the event date to avoid last-minute changes. Once finalized, it will be published on the website and official social media channels.
We ask participants to arrive 60 minutes in advance. Simultaneous priority entry will not be permitted.

There are a number of reasons why a guest might cancel, from last-minute emergencies, illness, work, to a variety of other reasons. Situations arise that are beyond the control of the organization and other factors. In these situations, we advise you to try to enjoy other aspects of the convention. There is so much to see and participate in! In these circumstances, the Comic Con Portugal organization is not responsible. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be issued.
Most guests are invited to attend Comic Con Portugal for all 4 days. However, some guests will appear only once, or two, three, or even all 4 days.
Guests will have a note next to their biography that will include information about the date and location where you can find them. The detailed schedule will be published closer to the event date.

Food and drinks are only allowed in the food court area. Only bottled water will be accepted in other areas.

If you wish to re-enter the event, you will have to go to the information point next to the ticket office and cloakroom, where you will present your ticket and request your wristband.
Wearing a cosplay outfit is not mandatory to attend Comic Con Portugal. However, to fully immerse yourself in the spirit, we recommend bringing one, thus creating a magical atmosphere with different cosplayers.
Cosplay derives from the words Costume and Player, and consists of representing a character, real or fictional, concrete or abstract. Cosplayers represent characters with whom they most identify in real life, from a wide variety of areas such as comics, film, TV, video games, anime, or manga.

Yes, if the participants or guests do not authorize it, you may be restricted from taking photos/filming.
An unauthorized photograph is defined as one in which a subject feels persecuted, exploited, humiliated, or disrespected by being photographed. While photographers are allowed to photograph participants and other situations at the convention, if the photograph becomes offensive or of a sexual nature, the photographer will be subject to the harassment policy described above.
Comic Con Portugal is a safe event for fans to interact with each other, as well as with guests. This means that all actors promote a safe environment for participants of any ethnicity, creed, religion, political background, gender, gender identity, sexual identity, sexual orientation, among others. Any form of harassment will not be tolerated. This includes: physical assault, verbal harassment, sexual harassment, stalking, unwanted physical contact, unwanted advances, photography without consent, or any other act that disturbs the well-being of participants, guests, volunteers, and other actors. All these attitudes will not be tolerated.
Harassment can also manifest itself in words, signs, offensive language, drawings, photographs, posters, jokes, intimidation, physical assault or contact, or violence.
Dicas E Recomendações Adicionais Para Enriquecer A Minha Experiência Na Comic Con Portugal
1. Traz dinheiro. Mesmo que pense que não vai comprar nada, poderão surgir despesas inesperadas, como no caso de querer realizar uma refeição. No local haverá caixas de MB, no entanto aconselhamos a trazer algum dinheiro consigo.
2. Mantenha-se hidratado! Certifique-se que esteja sempre acompanhado por uma garrafa de água.
3. Use calçado confortável. Recomendamos que use roupas limpas e confortáveis.
4. Consulte o Programa. Este programa reúne informações sobre os horários de todos os acontecimentos na Comic Con Portugal. Aconselhamos que o estude antecipadamente de forma a gerir as suas presenças nas apresentações e painéis que lhe são mais importantes. A programação estará disponível com antecedência em www.comic-con-portugal.com.
5. Deve manter sempre a calma e aguardar a sua vez nas filas de espera. Terá de aguardar a sua vez para obter autógrafos ou fotos, portanto deve manter-se calmo, e ir preparado para eventuais demoras que estas possam causar. Não desista daquele autógrafo que tanto espera ou aquela fotografia que sempre sonhou ter!
6. Leve uma mochila ou um saco. Na eventualidade de levar alguma banda desenhada para o criador autografar ou então encontrar tudo aquilo que procurou comprar.
7. Mais informações úteis:

– Um caderno de autógrafos/bloco de notas e uma boa caneta;
– Uma pasta para levar as suas obras;
– DVDs / livros que gostava de ter assinados por profissionais que estarão presentes;

– Máquina fotográfica.
8. O que não é aceite fora da Comic Con Portugal, também não é aceite dentro do evento. Para a segurança de todos na Comic Con Portugal, consulte as Regras e Regulamentos de Armas.
9. Muito importante: reaja educadamente na forma como contacta com todas as outras pessoas que estão na Comic Con Portugal. Se reagir desta forma, nenhum ilustrador ou expositor vai-se importar de autografar ou mesmo responder-lhe a algumas questões.
