Yes. Children up to 5 years old (inclusive) have free entry. Children from 6 to 12 years old (inclusive) pay a ticket (10€ daily ticket and 35€ general ticket). From 13 years of age, all young people pay an adult ticket. All paying visitors must present a ticket in printed or digital format to validate their entry into the event.
No. You will only get a refund in case of cancellation of the event for reasons attributable to the promoter.
On the online platforms, you will have to pay by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), ATM or PayPal, and at regular points of sale you can choose by credit card, cash or debit card.
If you purchase the ticket on an online platform, you will receive it in your personal email. To enter the event, you must bring a printed ticket or in digital format.

Due to security concerns and guest concerns, no offers to guests will be allowed. Guests usually tend to travel by plane and it would be impossible to carry all the gifts they would be offered.
Most guests have a specific question and answer time in the sessions.
No matter what time it arrives, there is no guarantee that seats will be available. We recommend 45 minutes.
The schedule is "finalized" close to the day of the event. So that there are no last minute changes. When it is completed, it will be published on the website and on official social networks.
We ask participants to introduce themselves 60 minutes in advance. Priorities will not be allowed simultaneously.

There are a number of reasons why a guest cancels, from last minute emergencies, illness, employment, to a variety of other reasons. Situations happen that are beyond the control of the organization and other factors. In these situations, we advise you to try to take advantage of other aspects of the convention. There is so much to see and participate in! In these circumstances, the organization of Comic Con Portugal is not responsible. All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be issued.
Most Guests are invited to be at Comic Con Portugal during all 4 days. However some guests will appear only once or twice, three or even the 4 days.
Guests will have a note next to the biography that will include information on the day and place where you can find him. The detailed schedule will be available soon.

The consumption of food or beverages is only allowed in the food court. Only water bottles will be accepted in the remaining spaces.
You can get meals in all food areas within the event.
Illicit substances, fire or any act or object that could endanger the lives of those present at the event are not allowed. All cosplayers will be analyzed in full by STAFF, in order to verify if they meet the parameters of the event and if they correspond to the security rules imposed. It is not allowed to carry sharp weapons without the authorization of the STAFF, nor to throw objects to the public.
It is not mandatory to bring cosplay to participate in Comic Con Portugal. However, to integrate in the spirit, we advise you to take it, creating a magical environment with different cosplayers.
Cosplay derives from the words Costume (fact) and Player (player), and consists of the representation of a character, real or fictional, concrete or abstract. Cosplayers represent characters with whom they most identify in real life, from the most varied areas, such as comics, cinema, TV, video games, anime or manga.
ARE YOU GOING BY TRAIN?
For those coming from other parts of the country, the CP trains (Urban Trains, Inter-Cities or Alfa Pendular) have several options and can connect to other public transport in the city through the Porto – Campanhã station.
GOING BY BUS?
STCP operates several bus lines that can be used to access Exponor, such as line 601 from the Airport, or towards the Airport but from Rotunda da Boavista. Another line that you can choose to get to the venue is line 507.
ARE YOU GOING BY METRO?
If you choose to take the metro, you will have to take the Blue Line to stop at Casa da Música (Boavista) or Senhor de Matosinhos.
COMING BY AIRPLANE?
If you land at Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (Porto), you should take bus number 601, which stops close to EXPONOR.
ARE YOU GOING BY CAR?
If you are coming from the south to Porto, you should take the A1 and A28 motorways.
Additional Tips And Recommendations To Enrich My Experience At Comic Con Portugal
1. Bring cash. Even if you think you are not going to buy anything, unexpected expenses may arise, such as if you want to have a meal. There will be MB boxes on site, however we advise you to bring some cash with you.
2. Stay hydrated! Make sure you are always accompanied by a bottle of water.
3. Wear comfortable shoes. We recommend that you wear clean, comfortable clothing.
4. Consult the Program. This program gathers information about the schedules of all the events at Comic Con Portugal. We advise you to study it in advance in order to manage your presence in the presentations and panels that are most important to you. The schedule will be available in advance at www.comic-con-portugal.com.
5. You must always remain calm and wait your turn in the queues. You will have to wait your turn to get autographs or photos, so keep calm, and be prepared for any delays they may cause. Don't give up on that autograph you've been waiting for or that photo you've always dreamed of having!
6. Bring a backpack or a bag. In the event that you take a comic book for the creator to autograph or find everything you wanted to buy.

- A folder to take your works;
- DVDs / books that I would like to have signed by professionals who will be present;

9. Very important: react politely in the way you contact everyone else who is at Comic Con Portugal. If you react in this way, no illustrator or exhibitor will mind autographing or even answering some questions.

- Bottles, cans and glasses (whether they are glass, plastic or other material);
- Umbrellas; Firearms and melee weapons;

Comic Con Portugal takes place from December 8th to 11th, 2022, at Parque das Nações - Lisbon. Opening hours are from 12:00h to 20:00h on Thursday and Friday. And from 10:00h to 20:00h on Saturday and Sunday.
Some guests may impose photo charging conditions or may opt for exclusive photographic moments for professional photographers from Comic Con Portugal. Please understand if they refuse to be photographed with you or incur costs.

An unauthorized photograph is defined when a subject feels persecuted, exploited, humiliated, or disrespected for being photographed. While they accept that photographers photograph attendees and other convention events, if the photograph becomes offensive or sexual in nature, the photographer will be subject to the harassment policy mentioned above.
Comic Con Portugal is a safe event for fans to interact with each other as well as with guests. This means that all stakeholders promote a safe environment for participants of any ethnicity, creed, religion, political context, gender, gender identity, sexual identity, sexual orientation, among others. No form of harassment will be tolerated. This includes: physical aggression, verbal harassment, sexual harassment, stalking, unwanted physical contact, unwanted advances, photography without consent or any other act that disturbs the well-being of participants, guests, volunteers and other stakeholders. All these attitudes will not be tolerated.
Harassment can also take the form of words, signs, offensive words, drawings, photographs, posters, games, intimidation, physical aggression or contact, or violence.
