A.R. Ruano was born in Trás-os-Montes and since she was a little girl she has dreamed of fairies and fantastic beings that live in the forests and mountains. Passionate about stories and parallel universes, it is through writing that she builds her magical worlds.

Today, she lives on the coast with an orange cat, surrounded by strange books. When she’s not writing or reading, she’s lost in a video game or rewatching the Walking Castle for the 42nd time.
